If you are 100% committed to losing weight by only eating fat-free cottage cheese, exercising yourself to death, or generally making yourself miserable for the sake of looking different than you look right now, I highly recommend that you go read a glossy fitness magazine and stay in your room doing crunches while the rest of your friends go out and have fun.
If you’re OVER IT, and actually want to start living your life, then you may want to open your brain to the possibility that a simple set of new mental tools could actually make you look and, more importantly, feel awesome.
