If You’re Gonna Binge, Put Your Food on a Plate.

Okay, as you all know, I am the queen of no rules, particularly when it comes to food; HOWEVER, if you find yourself eating condiments straight out of the container, you have to ask yourself, “Seriously?”

Am I really honoring myself with this?  Am I really treating myself with the dignity I TOTALLY DESERVE?  Clearly not eating like a lady right now.

And I get it, sometimes you just want eat, like three slices of cheesecake in a row, and no cute little blog post is gonna stop you…  But if I could influence your actions in one teensy tiny way, it would be…put it on a plate.  Don’t “sneak eat”, don’t eat straight out of containers, and don’t eat standing up with the refrigerator door open.

Honor your CHOICE to eat peanut butter straight with a spoon.  Own it.  (I promise you’ll eat a lot less).
